Workwear for healthcare, dental and veterinary practices
Tunics and scrubs that wash at the temperature your policy requires, with roles a patient can tell apart.
Get a quote for healthcare and clinicalIn a clinical setting the uniform is answering a patient's question before anyone speaks: who is this person and what are they allowed to do? Practices that colour-code by role — one colour for clinicians, another for nursing or support, another for reception — consistently find patients orient faster and ask fewer anxious questions. It costs nothing extra at the point of order, and a great deal to retro-fit.
The hard constraint is laundering. Clinical garments are washed hot and often, and that rules out some decoration methods and some fabrics outright. Embroidery with a good-quality thread survives it; a heat transfer generally does not. If your infection-control policy specifies a wash temperature, say so when you order, because it determines what can be supplied.
Worth being clear about: this page is about garments, not about clinical standards. Your infection-prevention policy decides what is acceptable in your setting, and the garment order has to follow it rather than the other way round.
What this trade needs
Tunics
The traditional clinical garment, and the easiest to colour-code by role.
Scrub tops and trousers
Where the work is more hands-on, or where a full change on site is the norm.
Polo shirts
For reception, practice management and non-clinical roles, so the distinction is visible.
Fleece or soft jacket
Clinics run cold, and staff will otherwise wear their own coats over the uniform.
Washable footwear
Wipe-clean, closed-toe, and comfortable enough for a full shift standing.
Settle this before you order
- Your wash temperature — it determines which fabrics and which decoration methods are possible.
- The role colour-coding, decided before the first order rather than after.
- Whether staff names are embroidered, and whether that is first name only.
- Who is clinical and who is not, so the uniform makes the difference visible.

You do not need all of them. Trade, head count and where the logo goes is enough to get a useful quote back.
