About us
It's Workwear specifies branded workwear for UK businesses. You tell us the trade, the head count and where the logo goes; we come back with named garments, the standard that applies where one does, and a price with the decoration itemised separately.
Buy it, or have it specified
You can do either. The shop carries thousands of garments you can put straight in a basket, and the trade pages and the quote form are there for when you would rather tell someone what the job is and have the right kit come back. Most businesses ordering uniform for the first time are better off with the second.
Embroidery and print are quoted rather than priced in the basket, because the cost depends on the logo, the number of positions and how many garments it goes on — a single figure on a product page would be wrong more often than right.
What we are careful about
A standard belongs to an individual garment and its certificate, not to a category or to a sentence on a website. When a garment is specified for you as meeting EN ISO 20471 or EN ISO 20345, the certificate is the proof — ask for it, and treat any supplier who cannot produce one as not having it.
The same goes for wash life. High-visibility clothing is certified as manufactured, and that certification has a finite number of washes behind it. Anyone who sells you hi-vis as a one-off purchase is selling you a compliance problem for later.
